The Farr design team really took Beneteau into a new gear
with the introduction of this boat for 1998.
Removable cockpit lockers were created to give cruisers
stowage space and extra seating, whilst opening up the cockpit to a full crew and true "trim pits" when they are removed.
With a 1600mm wheel for true power and feel for the
helmsman at any angle to the wind, they managed to design for performance and pleasure. She has stunning hull lines, a clean
deck layout and a 9/10ths sail plan.
Down below, true to the spirit of the Beneteau First
range, you find three large double cabins, a two-sided saloon with a good-sized table in the centre, an ergonomic galley
and a heads compartment with shower. The spacious navigation station has a full range of electronics, finished
off by an abundance of cubby-holes, lockers and stowage compartments for absolutely everything you could wish to have to hand.

Experience Required

a sailing CV to cover our insurance and safety requirements. RYA Coastal Skipper (or equivalent experience) is usually
acceptable. For the less experienced we can organise an RYA qualified instructor to skipper the yacht and increase your skills.
